The Science behind Carbohydrate
Carbohydrate is the body's natural fuel of choice, providing crucial support for exercise intensity and recovery. Carbohydrate foods can be grouped according to the glycaemic index (GI), which classifies carbohydrate depending upon effect on the blood sugar levels on a scale of 0-100. GI is split by low (<55), medium and high (>70) GI products. Generally, an exerciser should choose low GI carbohydrate in their general diet with small amounts of high GI carbohydrates before and immediately following training.

This fast-digesting, carbohydrate drink powder is ideal for those training for long durations of time or at very high intensities; to help replace what is used during exercise. It can also be taken alongside other protein based products to help encourage bulk growth.

Recommended Usage
Add 50g to 500ml water, shake and consume before, during or after training. Add to Maxiraw proteins such as WPC Precision or Protein Complex for maximum anabolic response after training. 50g = 3/4 large MR scoop (75ml line).
