Great product, results are obvious in just a few days, within the first week i was up a weight in all areas and had great size gains. I've tried mixing this with; shakes, water etc but i find that most of the powder gets left behind, stuck to the glass! so i just stick to pouring a scoop on my tongue and washing it down with a glass of water so there is no waste!

I cannot recommend this product enough. After watching a documentary 5 years ago on the benefits of Creatine I tried it and noticed a very big difference from the first use. It doesn't make you fizzy and hyper as energy drinks do, but it enables a long lasting, consistently strong performance. I will not now play netball or any other sport without it. It doesn't dissolve well in water, but I take teaspoons directly and swill it down with water and it's fine.

This product is very effective and it does what it says on the label. The only side effect is that it makes you put some body weight, but do not worry this is water and you will lose it after you have stop using the product. I will recommend this product.

I found this product great i followed instructions and took it 4 times a day for the first week, then i just took the maintance dose of twice a day after, i used the product before workout and straight after to help boost me during workout and help recover after. I found myself lifting more and feeling stronger after the 2nd week i could also see an increase in size. Only down fall is that the product has no flavour, i mixed it with sugar free juice so it was easier to drink, problem solved. Great product which does what it says.

i found this did work very well, but i no longer use it seeing as Promax extreme contains creatine. however if you dont like protein shakes simply mix creatmax into water and you wont even notice it is there!
